About event
Acrojoga Instructor 2026 (January - May)
Teachers Training/Instructor Course is the main point of the whole education process within AcroProject Academy. The condition of logging in is to master the prerequisite, which guarantee that you will be well prepared to manage the entire course well. During the instructor course you will further improve in your own acro practice, but a large part will be learning training. You can try everything yourself in learning others in different scenarios and modifications. So this course will equip you with basic abilities and skills for safe learning of acrojoga. We will practice in a beautiful equipped gym (high ceiling, tatami, etc.) in the Beachclub Ládví, a short distance from the metro C. practice and find out that there is a great lecturer in you. And maybe this course will change your life a lot, just like me 10 years ago my first Teachers Training in America. After him, I opened my way to do what fills me the most, and share this great system with others. You get a deeper understanding of pair exercise, understand important details, learn know-how to learn others, and last but not least you enjoy a lot of fun! On the blog you can read the "Story" behind this project. Every day about 7 hours of teaching.
The maximum capacity is 20 people. 2.
