About event
On the next evening of Voice dialogue, we will again look at ourselves from different angles, integrate our split inner parts and return more to our center.❤️ In a private group of participants, we will work with what is needed, through Voice dialogue according to Arto Wittemann , insights, systemic constellations or feeding demons according to Lama Tsultrim Allione.
The principle of Voice dialogue (dialogue with internal parts) consists in not asking WHY (why am I sorry, overworked, angry) but WHO in me (is sorry, overworked, angry). As part of the Voice dialogue, we externalize these internal parts and address them directly. They can then start to reflect on themselves, get to know themselves in greater depth and remember the motives of their actions. This can cut off identification with them and end the chain of our habitual automatic action and experience. Systemic constellations or insights also serve the same purpose, which will help us quickly orientate ourselves in life situations and relationships and release the tension and stagnation in which we revolve.
Events take place from 6 to 9 p.m. every even Tuesday in the Center of Light at Vyšehradská 43.
Jana Steckerová is looking forward to seeing you🙏❤️🙏
