Cycle of self -experience one -day courses of 1.stin, 2. Intimity, vulnerability, S*x and 3rd truth, through the integration method of internal parts (dialogue) and Somatic Experient® (traumarapy -oriented -oriented). Courses can be completed individually or as a whole.
1. The shadow
The aim of the shadow module will be the integration of shadow qualities, ie those we do not know about, reject them, or try to hide them. However, if we suppress or project them out, it turns in the form of disturbed life energy or relations against us. On the contrary, their acceptance and bringing into consciousness is a source of our liveliness, vitality and strength. In relationships, we stop playing the game on I, they, the perpetrators and the victim, we become more integral, more human, we grow up.
2. Intimacy, vulnerability, s*x
about how good and authentic relationships we live is deciding whether to open our own vulnerability. If we stand ourselves without trying to change others, to get on our side, manipulate, fight or download, we will endure with our fear that if we do not react, something terrible happens, the quality of openness, authenticity, humanity and love can start to flow again. But if we are imprisoned in our strategies, we either fail to establish relationships or become rigid over time. They disappear from freshness and the ability to touch each other internally. In the course, we will focus on exploring the strategies we use in our relationships and rediscovery of our vulnerability. We will also look at what our relationship is to*ual strength.
3. The reality
The realness is not to become someone. The trueness is that we nod who we are already. We say yes what is happening in our lives. We let the reality as it is. We stop hiding from and from the surroundings. We look at all our seeming mistakes, traumas, pains were what led us here. To where we are now. And this is now the only place where a real change can take place in our lives. But it will then be a real change, based on ourselves.
For this work, we will use the Somatic Experience Exteriencing® method Peter A. Levin and Voice Dialogue Artho Witteman. These approaches perceive trauma, as an injury to the nervous system and body caused by overwhelming, which brings a split on mutually non -cooperating parts. This will allow us to survive, but it reduces our ability to function in relationships and everyday situations. These methods allow our split and suppressed parts to be brought to light and connect them back to a functional and strong whole.
