The self -experience one -day course focused on the topic, through the method of integrating internal parts (voice dialogue) and traumarapy -oriented traumarapy.
The trueness is that we nod who we are already. This begins to reveal our real potential. We are starting to take off our masks. We prefer to risk rejection rather than playing someone we are not. We replace the child's consciousness, which hopes that someone from outside is replaced by adult consciousness. We are beginning to realize that the behavior of the world and the people around is just a news for us and about us. We learn to set boundaries and begin to understand that to say no "them", often means say yes. These approaches perceive trauma, as an injury to the nervous system and body caused by overwhelming, which brings a split on mutually non -cooperating parts. This will allow us to survive, but it reduces our ability to work in relationships, everyday situations and covers our potential. These methods allow our split and suppressed parts to be brought to light and connect them back to a functional and strong whole.
