About event
💃 Summer Latino Restart: Turn off your head and let loose!
Ladies, do you need to put all your responsibilities behind you for a while? Come tune in to the summer wave with us, have a good laugh and recharge your batteries in a purely female collective. No complicated steps, no strict technique - just you, the rhythm and great energy!🍹🌴
This workshop is created for every woman who wants to simply feel good in her body. We will go slowly, gradually and with a smile. 🌊💃
What can you look forward to?
☀️🌴Turning off your head: Leave your worries in the dressing room and focus only on yourself and the music.
☀️🌴Latino Vibes: Catchy rhythms that will immediately transport you to the beach.
☀️🌴Movement for joy: Let's sweat a little, have a good laugh and stir ourselves up life.
☀️🌴Comfort without claims: It doesn't matter at all whether you've ever danced. All you have to do is feel like moving!
Come and enjoy the morning, where the goal is not perfection, but your good feeling. You will go home danced, sweaty and with a clear head. ✨
