Interviewing candidates is an art. And an even greater art is to handle difficult situations within these interviews and negotiate a win-win agreement for both parties...
This full-day training is intended for graduates of the Interview INAK! training, or for experienced "interviewers" (senior recruiters, HR business partners, HR managers or line managers or company owners, i.e. everyone who actively participates in selection interviews) who would like to strengthen their skills and competences necessary for successfully handling challenging situations within the selection interview and negotiating a "win-win" agreement for both parties.
During the training, we will practice:
- techniques for handling interviews with difficult types of candidates
- professional handling of difficult situations (pressure, emotions, conflict, rejection of an offer)
- negotiation of cooperation terms with the aim of achieving a "win-win" for both parties
Come with us to hone these skills and competencies that will help you efficiently and excellently handle difficult selection interviews with candidates!
