Based on the great interest in the first event, we come up with a continuation of 🫶
The event with an invitation to connect deeper with each other and with others. To soften your perception, relax into a sense of safety and acceptance as we are. Experience confidence in connection with others through dancing, movement and space where we can afford to show ourselves authentically. which can be experienced deep feeling intimacy. Intimacy means the exposure of our soul, connecting with the sensitive parts of us that we do not dare to manifest in everyday life. And in these levels, afford to be seen and accepted by others. She is a certified lecturer of Contact Beyond Contact, Yoga and Ayurveda. In his workshops, he uses techniques of contact improvisation, somatics and focuses on being at the present moment and building confidence in the wisdom of the body. Lenka creates a safe and care area of SK connecting to himself and deep connection with others. Petržela ~
The creator, holistic lecturer of movement, organizer of personality-svojových events and founder of the Ecstatic Dance Brno project. Pavel has over 13 years of training parkour, which significantly influenced his approach to movement and life. He currently connects the principles of embodiment and mindfulness, dance improvisation and experience pedagogy in his activities. Its great joy, which is reflected in all its activities, is to help people connect to themselves and reinforce the natural joy of being and movement. All through the formation of safe space, authentic playfulness and also great respect and humility to everything that goes beyond us.
