Intuition in Colors: Painting & Tea Workshop with Lavia Lin
Join us for "Intuition in Colors", a creative workshop led by intuitive abstract painter and tea enthusiast Lavia Lin. Together, we’ll embark on a journey to explore the beauty of self-expression through intuitive painting.
It's an opportunity to reconnect with your inner child and let your creativity flow freely.
In this session, we’ll:
✨ Explore creative materials — from colorful pens and pastels to watercolor drops
✨ Reconnect with our inner child through simple, joyful painting invitations
✨ Let intuition and emotions (rather than the mind) guide our creations
✨ Close with a calming Chinese tea ceremony to reflect and ground
No prior experience is needed — just bring your curiosity and openness.
This workshop takes place in the beautiful Art & Tea Room at C*SPACE BERLIN, as part of the ongoing Pop-Up Teahouse program.
🌟 What to Expect:
- A safe and relaxing space to explore your creativity
- Playful painting exercises without the pressure of perfectionism
- Gentle meditation to connect with yourself
- A traditional Chinese tea ceremony to unwind and awaken the senses
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never sung picked up a paintbrush before—this workshop is for everyone! All you need is a willingness to explore and a love for creativity.
Leave perfection behind and embrace a world of color, sound, and freedom. Whether you're looking to relax, try something new, or simply celebrate your artistic side, let's paint and play!

About the instructor:
Lavia Lin
Lavia is a Berlin-based artist and performer originally from Shanghai, China. Her journey with art began at the age of seven, when her hands were constantly dipped in paint or clutching crayons. Over the years, as she explored and refined her artistic expression, color has remained a vibrant thread throughout her work.
Lavia’s art is a dynamic experiment in the interaction between music and visual arts, driven by her curiosity about what it means to "imagine music."
A key aspect of her practice is the act of creation itself—particularly through live painting, where she thrives on the immediacy of translating sound into visual form. She has collaborated with international musicians across a variety of genres, including jazz, ambient, improvisation, singer-songwriter, and classical music, with the aim of bridging cultures by connecting visual art and music.
