About event
Come connect with yourself and your body!
Through guided meditation in movement - INTUITIVE FLOW.
INTUITIVE FLOW
★ is a type of guided meditation that combines elements of embodiment with intuitive movement
★ thanks to it you can increase your sensitivity and awareness of your body
★ you will learn to connect with your intuition and the wise guidance of your body
HOW DOES IT WORK?
During the meditation, music plays and your eyes are closed the whole time. (safety and privacy guaranteed)
During the entire process, I accompany you with my voice, I ask questions, but in such a way that you have enough space to fully perceive the answers and sensations.
INTUITIVE FLOW lasts approx. 1.5 hours.
It includes (voluntary) sharing in a circle, journaling or other techniques for anchoring the experience.
We will meet in Trnava, in the intimate Shining Paradise space on Sladovnícká street.
Maximum number of participants is 8.
Entrance: €15
Write me a message to register. :)
