About event
Intuitive dancing will be focused on:
- Activation of the whole body and senses
- Guided, clearly defined improvisation
- Introduction to Laban movement technique
- Fun and relaxation of body and mind
- Alternation of slow and fast movement
- The class starts with a guided warm-up and ends with an exercise
The class will give you a new perspective on space and work with it. It will enrich your movement vocabulary. It will take you out of the cycle of "ordinary life".
You will create a new, dancing world where you can come back, relax, goof off and gain strength and inspiration.
Intuitive dancing is suitable for everyone. Period 😉.
Clothes should be loose and comfortable, socks are suitable to start with.
It will be good to have a bottle of water with you.
It is possible to attend the course once or as a whole .
It is recommended to attend the course in its entirety.
