. We will create a safe environment for contact games in pairs and group. We will meditate, sound, relax and especially dance - intuitively. Do not expect any dance technique in this lesson. We will experiment with elements of contact improvisation and the principles of contemporary dance, but the main will be to find lightness and softness in your body and your own authenticity.

Klára Hajdinová - a professional acrobat and a graduate actress, for over 10 years she has been involved in movement theater and a new circus, has experience in dancing different styles, but her love is contact improvisation and intuitive dance. He also shares the practice of Yin Yoga, leads female circles and is an enthusiastic dancer and a passionate singer.
Contact improvisation is a dance form based on spontaneous movement and physical contact between partners. It allows dancers to explore balance, weight, gravity and inertia through mutual interaction. Intuitive dance emphasizes the perception of its own body and its natural movements, promotes self -expression and authentic movement without a predetermined choreography.

The Evening Will Include Meditation, Vocalization, Relaxation, and Most Importantly, Intuitive Dancing. There Will Be No Formal Dance Technique in This Session. Insprovisation and Prince of Contemporary Dance, Focusing Primarily on Discovering Lightness, Softness in the Body, and Your Own Authenticity.
Join US for An Evening Full of Present and Mindful Movement, Connection With Yourself and Other , Klára Has Been Involved in Physical Theater and New Circus for Over 10 Years. She Has Experience with Varic Dance Styles But Her Passion Lies in Contact Improvisation and Intuitive Dance. She also Shares Yin Yoga Practices, Leads Women's Circles, and Is An Enthusiastic Dancer and Passionate Singer.
