We welcome anyone who identifies as a woman, non-binary or gender-fluid person.

Do you ever hold yourself back when you actually want to speak up? Do you sometimes feel unsure how to take up the space you truly deserve?

Picture this:

What would it look like if you made yourself more audible, more visible: both in real life and online? If you stopped holding yourself back and allowed yourself to be fully seen and heard?

Inspired by the book Invisible Women, this Workshop series was created to give more women’s voices space and visbility.

The 3 workshops explore visibility in all its forms:

from the words you speak to how you show up on LinkedIn, from your body language to your personal brand story, from your story in words, to your story on camera.

Over three interactive evening workshops (2,5-3hrs) , we’ll work with:

• Voice and public speaking skills
• Body language and presence
• Storytelling for connection and impact
• LinkedIn strategy for visibility
• Defining and refining your core message
• A final guided photo shoot to capture you!

The inVISIBLE WOMEN series is led by a team of inspiring female entrepreneurs from different fields.

Esther de Bruijn, Co-Founder and Trainer at Female Speaking Berlin.

With a background in professional theatre, Esther knows everything about both the nerves and joys of public speaking. She’s using her 10+ years of experience in acting, storytelling and teaching to empower women to speak up and use their voices!

Priscillia Grubo, Personal Brand Photographer

Priscillia helps women feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Her sessions are about more than just taking a good picture: they’re about creating a space where you feel at ease and seen. Through authentic, editorial-style branding photography, she captures your unique presence, aligned with your purpose and core message.

Anni Genthner, LinkedIn Expert

With 10+ years of experience in marketing, Anni is passionate about helping people show up (both offline and online). She describes her first love as networking and Linkedin as her second. Together they happen to make a great pair: Linkedin being a great networking platform. Get ready to be inspired by her passion for this platform!

Francesca Salomone, Brand Strategy and Communication Consultant

Francesca is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and the creator of Armonica Studio, a strategy and communication studio based in Berlin. She supports forward-thinking female founders of independent brands to define their positioning, sharpen their messaging and share their creations and ideas with clarity and confidence.

How this series came to life 🌱

Inspired by the book Invisible Women, this series was born from the realization that we need more women’s voices in leadership, politics, panels: in all rooms. Esther connected with fellow changemakers Anni, Francesca, and Priscillia to create a space where women and non-binary professionals can build skills, visibility and confidence together.

We've been working very hard to put together this series and are so excited to share this with you.

We will be working on eye-level, in community, learning from each other. We can’t wait to meet you!
