About event
Irving Street Dinner Theater Current Events Variety Show
Venue: Irving Street Tapas
Date: January 25, 2026 at 6:30 PM (Pacific Time)
Come join us for a night of comedy and homegrown political theatrics at the Irving Street Dinner Theater! You'll laugh, you'll cry, and mainstream news will never be the same. Get ready for a biting variety show filled great storytelling, current events, skits and performances. Featuring comedians, visual artists, playwrights, actors, spoken word artists, and dancers!
Not perfect for everyone... but if you're someone who's appalled and horrified by the news generated by #47, this is your night!
Be prepared for a different approach to the newscast. What will be most important in our version is not so much the names and the individuals, as the archetypes and the allegories they embody. A very Portland event. Fasten your seatbelt! YKYMF
