About event
Manchester Darkness is coming.
Friday night, March 2026. Get ready for raw, dark energy straight from Manchester. For the first time in Bratislava, the quartet that defines contemporary post-punk will perform - the band IST IST.
If you are looking for music that has depth, atmospheric tension and a pulsating rhythm, you are at the right address. IST IST have been compared to icons like Joy Division and The Chameleons, but bring a modern angst and uncompromising sound to the genre. They are synonymous with the best that is emerging in the contemporary British scene.
Their concerts are an intense experience – precise playing, hypnotic bass lines and charismatic vocals that transport you to smoky and rainy Manchester. This is not just a concert. It is a ritual for all lovers of darker music.
20. March 2026. Be there when IST IST conquers Bratislava.
The band Adalbert will perform as support.
Adalbert is a musical project of Vojtěch Štědroň, musically characterized as Alternative Rock / Post-Punk, which is currently finishing the new studio album The Band of Losers. Among the highlights of the band so far is the performance at the Sziget festival, or the frontman for the group Placebo. He also has the studio albums Ghosts (2018) and Notes of Delirium (2022).
The singles Nothing at All and The Happy Song both thematically and sonically represent the direction of the new album The Band of Losers (expected release 2026).
