IST IST was established in late 2014 and has built a formidable reputation through word of mouth for their uncompromisingly intense live shows and an ever-growing back catalog of successful studio and live releases, all self-released through their own record label , Kind Violence Records.
Their recent European and UK tours in March and April featured tracks from their upcoming new album 'Light A Bigger Fire' as well as their extensive back catalogue, playing to over 8,000 people in nine countries. IST IST's reach has already spread beyond UK shores, selling out prestigious venues in Holland and Germany, bucking the trend of British bands struggling in post-Brexit Europe.
With previous support from BBC 6Music, Radio X, XS Manchester, KINK, The Times and more, and brimming with confidence and their strongest work in their repertoire to date, the new album set for release on September 20, is IST IST ready to light bigger fires wherever they go in 2024.Original event source
