About event
Is Klaus Mann “laughable”?
The fate of Klaus Mann against the background of the Hitler regime, exile, the Second World War and the Cold War is bitter and touching. Klaus Mann's works, which were created in the 1920s and even during his exile, are life-affirming and imbued with joy of life.
But are they also “laughable”? Did Klaus Mann also have a sense of humor?
With a short and entertaining staged reading, we cordially invite you to our first event in the new year 2026.
By the way: It is no coincidence that our reading takes place in the traditional “Lutter & Wegner” on the Gendarmenmarkt...
Admission is free. Admission only with confirmation: Please be sure to register!
