formed around the charismatic figure of Coleman Williams, IV and the Strange Band Transcend genres to offer a musical experience to the Crossing of country, punk and rock. Grandson of the legend Hank Williams, Coleman revisits the family heritage by injecting a raw energy and a visceral authenticity.
With their first album "Southern Circus", the group plunges into a sound universe Both rough and introspective, mixing flayed ballads and frantic rhythms. On stage, their magnetic presence vibrates the public, transported by music that celebrates the roots as much as the experiment. Prepare for an extraordinary musical journey where traditions and modernity meet in a captivating sound tumult.

"Patience is virtue." Those words are tattooed across coleman Williams' Right Arm, Forever Reminding the Alternative-Country Singer/Songwriter of the Benefits of Taking One's Time.
The Lesson Wasn't Always So Clear. As the Great-GRESSON of Hank Williams Sr., Grandeson of Hank Williams Jr., and only Son of Hank 3, Coleman Spent Years Waging An Internal Battle with the Expectations Thrust Upon Him by His Own Lineage.
He represents the Foundth Generation of Country Music's Most Legendary Family - Hence His Nickname, "IV" - and the press to Launch His Own Career was Enormous. Although Coleman WOULD EVENTUALLY Make His Mark With Southern Circus-The Genre-Bending Debut from His Band, IV and the Strange Band, Combining Southern Storytelling and Country Textures with 100-Watt Guitar Amps and Diy Attitude-He Needed to Break Free and Discover His own Musical Approach Along The Way.
