About event
Come and inspire yourself with a unique book Eat me !, which was written by the famous Slovak herbalist, healer and teacher Iveta Henzelyová together with her daughter Aurélia Prasličková. This exceptional book will take you on a journey back to nature, conscious nutrition and a deeper understanding of your body.
Eat me! It is not just a cook - she is a guide for anyone who wants to live healthier, more conscious and in harmony with nature. Looking forward to your participation! Come to tune in to the rhythms of nature, taste the wisdom of herbs and get to know the food as a tool of love for yourself.
