About event
Come and be inspired by the unique book Eat me!, written by the well-known Slovak herbalist, healer and teacher Iveta Henzelyová together with her daughter Aurélia Prasličková. This exceptional book will take you on a journey back to nature, to conscious nutrition and to a deeper understanding of your own body.
Eat me! she's not just a cook - she's a guide for anyone who wants to live healthier, more consciously and in harmony with nature. We look forward to your participation! Come tune in to the rhythms of nature, taste the wisdom of herbs and learn about food as a tool of self-love.
