About event
Hello, 🙂
next week, we will have easy "knotting" in the Supta Padangusthasana 4 position 😃.
But don't worry, we'll go at it slowly. Step by step. With detailed instructions, different variations and preparations, so that you not only get into the position safely, but do not remain knotted in it forever. 😉
-------------------------------------
For such more demanding positions I'm also preparing simplified variations that even beginners can get into, so don't hesitate and come try it with us.
------------------------------------------------
📍WHERE DO WE EXERCISE?< br/>In Petržalka in Agrofert Slávia behind the University of Economics.
🕗 WHEN?
Mondays 19:10-20:40
Wednesdays 19:30-21:00
------------------------------------------------
‼️REGISTER FOR THE LESSON IS REQUIRED THROUGH MESSAGE or email to [email protected].‼️
I will look forward to seeing you. 🙂
