About event
🗞️ "A happy home brings happiness to homes!" 🗞️
💒 Imagine marrying the woman of your dreams. Only after the wedding, however, will you find out that her biggest passion is the "guaranteed" advice from the magazine Šťastný domov. This is exactly what happens to the hero of Haška's most extensive short story, whose life turns into a series of absurd situations. Homemade piano toothpicks? Curing unconsciousness by immersing yourself in a vat of sauerkraut? These are just fragments of "practical" advice that will gradually turn his home, and his life, upside down.
🏠 This production brings sharp satire to the small-town idyll and naive belief in "guaranteed recipes for happiness". Hašek's humor is sharp, uncompromising and ruthlessly exposes the absurdity of everyday life. We rely on him without shame. And with great joy! Get ready for a story in which the grotesque intertwines with bitter irony, where laughter becomes a weapon against stupidity and where the most bizarre moments are born from ordinary life situations. Because what else is left for a person when reality begins to follow absurd instructions from the pages of popular magazines?
🤪 "Do you want to go crazy? Read Happy Home!" 🤪.
