The aim of the seminar is to strengthen practical knowledge of how zoning planning can contribute to solving climate challenges and linking climate plans with territorial and regulatory plans of municipalities. Part of the seminar is also a view of lawyers who will advise on how to prevent court disputes over the content of the land use plan. Ing. Petr Klápště, Ph.D. - Urbanist, specializing in projects and plans with user participation and innovation in planning processes. He works as a lecturer at the Institute of Spatial Planning of the Faculty of Architecture of CTU. He processed climatic conceptual documents such as the Liberec Region, Jihlava, Třebíč. He is a member of the City Council and a designated representative for the zoning planning of the Statutory City of Jablonec nad Nisou.
JUDr. Petra Humlickova, Ph.D. - she graduated from a doctoral study of the right to Charles University. It specializes in the environmental law with special interest in assessing the impacts of intentions (EIA, SEA), environmental protection within the framework of building law, public participation or noise protection. As a lawyer, she focuses on cases associated with environmental protection.
