The aim of the seminar is to strengthen practical knowledge of how zoning planning can contribute to solving climate challenges and linking climate plans with territorial and regulatory plans of municipalities. Part of the seminar is also a view of lawyers who will advise on how to prevent court disputes over the content of the land use plan. Ing. Petr Klápště, Ph.D. - Urbanist, specializing in projects and plans with user participation and innovation in planning processes. He works as a lecturer at the Institute of Spatial Planning of the Faculty of Architecture of CTU. He processed climatic conceptual documents such as the Liberec Region, Jihlava, Třebíč. He is a member of the City Council and a designated representative for the zoning planning of the Statutory City of Jablonec nad Nisou.
JUDr. Michal Bernard, Ph.D. - Advocate. As a lawyer of the Department of Air Protection, the Ministry of Air Force and Legislative Air Protection Agenda. It specializes in the environment, zoning planning, construction, administrative and civil law. He also focuses on the EU law.
