In June, as part of the reading workshops, we will focus on more serious topics, namely the topic of war and crisis in literature for children and young people.
During the workshop, you will get to know new children's books from the collection of Suk's library for young people, new projects to support reading literacy, examples of good practice, and together we will design the content of a reading lesson on a given topic.
Workshops are held every month in two dates and formats - face-to-face and online.
We will meet in June:
- Monday 22/06/2026 - from 14:30 - face-to-face in the Study Room of the Suk Library on the 2nd floor of the Pedagogical Library at Jeruzalémská street 12,
- Tuesday 23/06/2026 - from 14:30 - online
These regular workshops for workers providing reading literacy lessons in schools and libraries aim to present works for children and young people and show how to work with books in teaching.
Participation is free. Prior registration required at https://forms.office.com/e/DusYzE4EiL?origin=lprLink
