Jak na úspěšný muzejní obchod – workshop

The museum shop is one of the popular but relatively neglected services offered by the museums. In Czech museums, the shop is often associated with the sale of tickets, so it co -creates the entrance gate. When it attracts, visitors will take more than just an experience - even something in memory. During the course you will learn the typology of souvenirs and research that examined the motivation of visitors to buy, which will help you build a quality assortment. You will also learn the basic rules in the field "Visual Merchandasing", which deals with the installation of goods in stores and get useful information that will support your sale.
