How to communicate with your children with authenticity, respect, love - but at the same time with firm boundaries? We will also talk about punishments and praises in parenting, what to do when you get on your nerves or what to do when a child does not notice / does not listen.
We will also mention healthy principles of family functioning - hierarchy, boundaries in parenting. We will discuss how not being aware and not admitting our emotions affects us and our children.
What will the course be about?
about understanding the principles of how the brain works (what the child actually hears when we talk)< br/>about how our communication style and words affect the very future of the child
- recommendations for communicating with children
- how to tell children that we don't like what they are doing
- how to tell the children when something we need
– how to establish our boundaries with love and respect
– a functional family hierarchy
– what to do when a child does not obey

– differences in the upbringing of girls and boys
The course is led by a mother, therapist and lecturer Jana Mašková.
The course is suitable for parents of children aged 0-20 years because it's never too late to change.
