About event
The course focuses on preventing aggressive and inappropriate behavior of pupils through effective teaching planning, building a safe class climate and active work with pupils with special educational needs. Participants will learn to recognize educational problems in time, prevent them and respond to them to improve pupils' results and at the same time reduce the work burden of teachers. Emphasis will be placed on cooperation with the assistant teacher and practical tips on how to create an environment supporting concentration, safety and respect. The course will offer specific instructions and sharing the experience of the lecturer and participants.

• Strengthening the ability to cooperate with the teacher assistant in dealing with educational difficulties,
• Development of skills to reduce stress and teacher burden.

At the beginning of the course, the space will be devoted to the definition of the term "safe climate in the class" as a key element for effective teaching. Together we will examine what is considered acceptable in school behavior and what the consequences are if such an environment fails. We will focus on the effects of stress, restlessness and disrupted climate on the educational process and the mental well -being of pupils and teachers. On practical demonstrations, we will introduce the possibilities of modifications and adaptation to the best way to meet the individual needs of pupils, especially those with behavior or learning disorders. It will also include the topic of cooperation and effective communication with the assistant teacher at work with class and individuals.
