About event
Jamming: Aviation Report (April 5, 2025, 2-5 PM)
Birds are indicators of the changes ahead. That’s why today, instead of drawing airplanes, we draw birds - in flight, in nests, on land, and on water. We will create a bird enclave to preserve every voice.
We draw only in blue and yellow - we have no other choice. We adapt to new conditions, testing self-regulation mechanisms. We will have an encyclopedia and recordings of bird songs at hand. The workshop will feature inclusive drawing with pencils and pastels on a large shared canvas.
The workshop is open to everyone, not just bird enthusiasts. Adults and children are welcome.
The workshop is led by Hana Chmelíková, a graduate of the Studio Printmaking 2 at The Academy of Fine Arts in Prague.
