January Networking - 'Redefining Success: Upgrading Your Definitions To Embrace True Happiness & Well-Being'

In our quest for success and happiness, many find themselves achieving one but sacrificing the other, often due to outdated and externally given ideas of what success should look like. True fulfilment requires redefining success on our own terms. In this interactive session with Natália Leal and supported by insights from modern psychology and neuroscience, participants will explore their current definitions of success, gain scientific insights into well-being and common misconceptions about happiness, and start creating an improve definition of what ‘inclusive success’ looks like. They will gain clarity and tools to align personal priorities, leading to a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Natália Leal is a Professional Speaker, Trainer and a Career & Life Coach for Expats. From starting a business in The Netherlands as an expat back in 2019 it was hard to get the right answers and find other business owners that were going through the same challenges.

Where do you find information, support, and recommendations without a network?

Over time, from attending events, asking questions, requesting help, and reaching out to people, I started to build a network of people who have provided invaluable support and have opened up many opportunities.

I love getting to know people, their stories, and their challenges, helping them by ‘connecting the dots’ through connections and collaborations.
