We cordially invite you to the Spring Meeting of Children's Palliative Care Providers, which will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2026, in Prague, Krocínov 1.

The central theme will be handing over care to children and adolescents serious illness from the hospital to the home environment across the unconnected health and social care system in the Czech Republic, we will talk about the transfer of care after reaching the age of majority and the transition to adult care, and we will present examples of good practice in inter-disciplinary and inter-regional transfer.
What challenges do these transitions bring in the continuity of care? How to ensure a smooth handover in practice that will have minimal impact on pediatric patients and their families? Come to discuss, share experiences, get inspired and find ways together to ensure continuity of care for children with a serious illness and their families in your area.
Use the possibility of a personal meeting of the professional community in pediatric and perinatal palliative care in the period between the all-discipline conferences that are held once every two years. Under the professional guarantee of the Children's Palliative Care Section of the ČSPM ČLS JEP, the Pallium Institute in 2026 takes on not only an organizational role, but for the first time also an organizing role.
