About event
🌿 Spring is a celebration of the equinox and the return of spring.
It is the moment when light and darkness are divided by a day exactly in half - and at the same time the moment when light begins to outnumber darkness. A symbol of new beginnings, energy and life.
✨ Meetings at such events were already among the most important in the past. That is also why we want to honor this moment together at Art Gate Gallery - by meeting, creating and celebrating the coming spring.
🌱 With spring, not only a seed in the ground is born, but also new ideas, thoughts and ideas. And our gallery is no exception. That's why we feel even more connected to this season.
🌼 That's how Jarnost was born - celebrating spring with all of you.
The idea of meeting during activities that belong to this time of year seemed magical to us. We have prepared a diverse program not only for children, but also for parents, friends or partners. Everyone will find their place with us. There are no limits to creativity - come and see for yourself.
🕊️ We have divided the program into two parts - morning and early evening to evening.
👨👩👧 The morning part (10.00-15.00) will belong mainly to families with children.
From music to planting to creating a spring landscape, children will explore what spring brings - and you can explore with them. We will enhance the atmosphere of spring with decorations and details that will transport you into a blossoming spring mood. We won't tell you more yet - let yourself be surprised.
🌿 The afternoon to evening part (16.00-22.00) is for everyone who wants to celebrate spring in the city as well. For those who may miss the fire and the smell of the forest, but know that the atmosphere can be created even among people. We believe that we will feel the fire in our hearts.
We have also prepared a plant swap.
Do you have a plant at home that has become a little ordinary for you, or does it simply not want to grow? Bring it with you and exchange it for another one. The plants will thus get a new home and you will get a new green growth. Simply: swap = exchange.
🎨 There will also be a fun quiz that will test your knowledge of spring and art and maybe introduce you to new people. Of course, there will be painting too - after all, we are in a gallery! And yes, it will be spring. Let yourself be surprised.
🎧 As a sweet spot at the end, DJ GOYAA (WASHROOM SK) will present himself - an underground gem with his techno set. Don't be put off by the word techno. GOYAA works with sound much deeper than just through monotonous beats – it combines genres and connects the atmosphere of the space with the people on the floor.
From 90 to 330 BPM, it can create a sound symphony that will make your hair stand on end. She played her wildest and most beautiful parties in the Farhof club in Banská Bystrica, where she played regularly. She has been on the scene for about 17 years, knows the unseen and the unreleased, and maybe even sees a little into the future.
Come support her, celebrate spring, meet friends and create a new world together in our gallery.
We look forward to seeing you.
