This spring we have prepared an interesting yoga event for you in the Mandala studio in Nové Zámky. Natural cycles, however, lead us that spring is the time when it is natural to start with a new setting after the deep winter, and nature itself supports us in this intention. ☯️
We invite you to:
8 weeks of yoga (26.3. - 14.5.) Yoga positions and through the breath we look deeper below the surface of the physical body. We will apply the principles of mindfulness and kindness to ourselves, look at our patterns of mind, inner beliefs and feelings. 🕉
The course is also suitable for beginners, no previous practice is needed. But something new will be learned even more experienced in yoga practice or other similar methods. Braňo Pongrác, PhD. To pay the deposit in full (€ 90) in person in the Mandala studio, or to the account number:
