It is a pleasure to invite you to the first seminar of the Slovak Association of Translators and Interpreters entitled Language Challenges of the Translator.
The seminar will lead Dr. Anna Gális from UMB and presents Pêle-Mêle of various language problems that one encounters in translation. The seminar offers practical activities presenting frequent language errors, especially in the field of syntax and morphology, such as incorrect bonds, inadequate use of prepositions, improperly used punctuation, etc. Activities will be in the form of practical exercises of different types, some of which will be based on real problems in the language editorial of translation texts.
