About event
A couple of Nice Films will bring the best Oscar film in a unique format - come and enjoy a unique cinematographic experience from a panoramic 70mm copy at the Banská Bystrica amphitheater.
Paul Thomas Anderson's riveting film statement, which explores power, guilt and personal responsibility in a divided America with uncompromising intensity. The political thriller drama creates a multi-layered portrait of a society on the brink of yet another conflict.
In one of his most daring roles, Leonardo DiCaprio portrays a man who returns to the center of action years later in an environment he once helped shape. He is joined by Sean Penn, Benicio Del Toro, Regina Hall, Teyana Taylor and Chase Infiniti in commanding performances that add urgency and raw authenticity to the story. A film about the fact that no battle ends with a single victory - and that the hardest battles take place inside us.
The film is shown from a 70mm copy.
