A WEEKEND OF CONSCIOUS IMPROVISATION
AND MOVEMENT PRACTICE

It will be an intensive weekend focused on the body, presence, perception and authentic action.
The seminar connects work with conscious improvisation, dramatic play and somatic by practice. Through the body, breath, attention and meeting others, we will look for greater liveliness, truthfulness and the ability to be truly present in what we do. Tomáš Pospíšil's work is based on the principles of improvisation, conscious action and dramatic creation as a path to deeper self-knowledge. It is not an acting performance or psychological therapy, but an open space for self-discovery through the situation, relationship, play and the present moment.
Dominika Valdová will follow up with her yoga, pilates and conscious movement lessons during the weekend. We will focus on the perception of the body, breath, stability, relaxation and work with energy. Movement here is not a performance, but a path to greater sensitivity, anchoring and inner space.
The seminar is open to everyone, regardless of previous experience.
