"I didn't know what to say or do" is a feeling that many of us encounter in unpleasant situations - be it shouting on the street, fights in a pub, touching from people we (don't) know or pressure from family or partners. But that can change!

Learn 5 principles of self-defense in 5 hours
We will focus mainly on verbal self-defense and assertive communication in the most common scenarios! (defining boundaries with strangers and close people in unwanted situations).We will also learn 2 simple physical self-defense techniques.

Encouraging self-defense ZA SEBA is not only focused on the body and physical struggle, but also on communication strategies and opportunities for help from the environment (closest of friends, friends, professional help).

The course is intended for all people from 14 years old, regardless for physical fitness, height, weight, worldview or orientation. The only condition is the desire to learn to work with your intuition, mind and body for the purpose of self-defense. :00
