We are waiting for a 2-hour BEAUTIFUL FINAL PRACTICE THROUGH YOUR BODY. We move and breathe through GENTLE YOGA WITH ELEMENTS OF PHYSIOYOGA, then we will just RELAX, lie on the ground and listen to the sounds of gongs and various instruments, the main goal of which is to RELEASE THE BODY from tension and STRESS. IT NEEDS IT TO BE HEALTHY AND VITAL.

You must bring your own mat, comfortable clothes for exercise, a pillow, a yoga block (if you don't have one, write to me and I'll bring it to you), a blanket to cover and something to drinking.
