The autumn equinox is a time when day and night have the same length. This rare energy alignment invites us to look at how we have a balance in life. Do we give the same way we receive? Do we dare to rest in doing nothing as we are active? Can we receive and accept all contradictions to touch the unity? Do we perceive the abundance that flows to us? What does abundance mean to us? Have enough…
We will dance with polarities in us (yin and yang) and their eternal dance. We will touch the sacred place where these polarities meet and create a unique essence of the present moment. In the ceremonies we look back, we recapitulate, release what it has served, and open the way to dreaming and new intention. We will connect with the community and strengthen our first steps to realize our vision. Flowing, harmony, trust, acceptance, self -expression in a common circle. Circle medicine reminds us that we are all connected - Aho Mitakuye Oyasin. With medical songs, we dive into our center, in which we rest and dare to show ourselves in our uniqueness and in the safety of a circle between similarly tuned people. 50 EUR /minimum contribution is 25 euros. Kristina is a teacher of Movement Medicine. She studied movement-dance therapy. In addition to Movement Medicine, it brought a playback theater to Slovakia. He uses shamanic techniques in his work. It accompanies groups, organizes workshops, courses and retreates focused on personal development and growth.
