About event

Hi Dear,

I have prepared for you a 3 -hour workshop when the topic is already in the name Jin Yoga - a quiet way - as a medicine. The workshop will take place regularly every month 1x. You can always find a new date a month in advance. The first theme in January - February is a bladder and kidneys.
Jin Yoga deals with a healthy flow of Qi energy, or prana through the meridians, the tracks in the body that are in charge of a quality, healthy function of organs. What is important so that the meridians are passing through and their passage is released with the mindful attention at rest and stopping. We are in positions in which we stop for a long time and give the passage of everything that appears in the stop.

We will always bring our insights and inner wisdom to the area in the circle of safety. We will get to the heart and support it with a fine medicine delicious ceremonial cocoa.

I believe that the wisdom of our body exceeds all the wisdom of learning. It is important to learn to listen to inner wisdom, leadership. For me, this beautiful way was for me, both the path of classic yoga from which I constantly draw, and the Jin Yoga path, which leads us even deeper. Recently, I have discovered that there is really great strength and wisdom in stopping. I want to share and create it with joy and ease with you, so harmony in our bodies and minds.

This inscribed inner wisdom is just a reflection of doctrines that we all have to learn or draw from them. Such as traditional Chinese medicine, psychosomatics, Ayurveda, dreaming, etc.

I invite you, come to rest, understand what the body tells you and experience together a beautiful quiet morning.

The price of the whole workshop is 500, -CZK. https://www.yogafreaks.cz/

With love,
Namaste
Klára J.
