Extended yin yoga with sound bath ✨
We invite you to an extended two -hour bath bath, mind and soul in a unique combination of Jin Yoga practice and vibrating sounds that deepen and cultivate concentration.
Sound frequencies create a safe environment that promotes deep rest, soothes the nervous system and makes emotional relaxation easier. Thanks to long stamina in positions, we get deeper to fascia, ligaments, tendons, etc., which are not so much of yoga in multiple yoga styles. All the time the lesson will be accompanied by fine intuitive tools (vibrating bowls, tubalophone, koshi, etc.), which will put individuals into deep relaxation. Leave the flexibility of the unflexibility at home. 🌞🙏
