Jóga a brunch

Again after a year there is another lesson with Brunch! 🙂 You can look forward to the flow of the breath with the elements of mobility and the elements building strength. First we realize our breath throughout the fuselage, gently move the spine, then warm up greetings to the sun, find the grounding through the sequence of the feet in the mat, and then look for balance in balancing positions on the feet and hands, or at least try it. You will leave stretching, strengthening and fulfilling energy in the body and peace of mind. He will bake for you and cook Ivan and her friend Honza. We are already looking forward to seeing you!
