JOGA A FACE-LIFT

We invite you to the evening together, during which we first practice our bodies and spine in yoga positions and in the second part we will talk to our faces. We work out 6 facial yoga exercises focused on each part of the face and then enjoy a luxurious, relaxing, shutdown, anti-gross and lifting massage. Facial yoga is great for slowing skin aging and regular exercise can be relieved or rid of wrinkles on the forehead, fallen eyelids, circles and swelling under the eyes, wrinkles around the eyes, nasal wrinkles, sagging cheeks, second chin and allowed contours, so we look younger and fresher.
