Jóga a gongová lázeň: wellness pro duši

Treat yourself to body and mind balm during a special yoga lesson with a gong bath. And just as nature wakes up, we can celebrate the influx of new energy that we are well anchored and sowing the seminals of life. By meditation to present and awareness of your starting point - where am I now? What am I currently experiencing? Following will be yoga practice, which will allow us to connect better with our body. Yoga will be varied - we get into a pleasant flow from slow somatic movement. We will awaken the energy, freshness and joy of spring. We will focus on the opening of the chest and the heart. The lesson will end with quieter positions and relaxation, which freely goes to the gong bath and soundhealing with tuned tones of medicinal instruments.

Gong vibration and the frequency of crystal bowl sounds will get you into a deep relaxation experience and deep meditation without having to do anything. During the gong bath, you get to a neutral state in which the self -healing process can run. Vibrations are healing for your nervous system and regenerate cells of the whole body.
