Joga & brunch

We invite you to a quiet Sunday morning. The smell of sticks in yoga studio, soft pad, slow energy spray. You bring consciousness to every movement, to every inhalation and exhalation. We will practice the greetings of the sun, stretch the fascia, strengthen and support flexibility. We allow the body smooth movement and its compliance with the breath. Perceptions that bring us joy and enjoyment. The aim of their efforts is to make the soil truly live and the vegetables they grow was high nutritional value. They do not interfere with the soil, but they supplement nutrients through organic compost. Brunch will be vegan, in the main roles seasonal vegetables and fruit from Eliška and various other sweet and salty nourishing combinations. Feel free to fill it all the next week. 2025, Sunday
