I went through training in crisis intervention and training in the therapeutic kundalini yoga, this period was a great turning -down milestone in my life. I am also enthusiastic about yoga and sound therapist and sensitive trauma-sensitive guide as well as yoga Nidra guide. I connect with great enthusiasm for the practice of yoga nidry and sound baths, because this connection brings a beautiful experience and flash to notice yourself with the greatest sensitivity and love for yourself, to change the point of view of self -esteem, self -love and love in any forms. Thanks to my own experience, I found out how my own emotions and emotional stress can affect the physical body, and I became even more curious and mindful to myself and others.
