About event
yoga lessons are suitable for anyone who has practiced yoga at least once and wants to continue practicing regularly.
We practice in a calm atmosphere, but we focus on exercises that will keep us fit for a long time. We will actively strengthen the muscles that we generally do not engage much, we will also use aids such as resistance bands or our own body weight. We stretch the shortened and overloaded parts nicely. We will thus build a strong and flexible body. At the end of each lesson, there is guided relaxation to the sound of Tibetan bowls.
Exercise mats, meditation cushions and blankets are available in Mayura. You will get the most benefits for your body and mind from the lessons if you exercise regularly.
Price: 1 lesson - €9 if you want to come once, sign up in the booking calendar
Package of 6 lessons - €50 in the package you have 1 spare and 50% discount on 1 red light therapy (RLT) - valid as a promo in September, to sign up please write to mail
A package of 12 lessons (2 courses in a row, the last lesson will be on December 8) - €90 you save €10 and in the package you have 2 replacements and 1 free red light therapy/valid only as a promo in September, please email me to sign up
You can take replacement lessons only within the duration of the course and at any to a yoga class where there is space available. For a substitute, you need to reserve a place in the reservation calendar. If you cannot attend the lessons for a longer period of time, you can send a substitute.
We start on September 8, 2025 at 19:30. There will be no lessons on Monday 29.9 and 6.10. On the national holiday 15.9. lesson will be.
