YOGA for healthy fascia and spirals in movement - movement therapy - weekend course for yoga and movement instructors (also for the general public, people interested in healthy and functional movement)
The course will be led by - NICOL MAIO Movement therapist , Prague
course contents:
- Explanation of the principles of fascial yoga and how to structure the lesson according to the fascial lines
- Anatomical connections focused directly on fascia (basic knowledge of anatomy welcome)
- Exercises and self-massage with aids (ball, towel, foam roller). Balls will be available to borrow in the studio, the ball or bring your own
- A stack of exercises focusing on fascial movements
- Secrets of manual assistance in poses
This course may be followed up in the future by another 1-day seminar focusing only on roller yoga or inspirational days for fascial sequences.
We will enjoy the advent days together to immerse ourselves in the modern concept of functional exercise incorporated into yoga positions and traditional techniques.

If we want to improve our condition or exercise therapeutically and healthily, we should know how the fascia in the body behaves during movement, how we can contribute to their health and avoid their damage.
The course is designed for the general public or instructors who want to incorporate fascial principles into their practice.

It is aimed at lecturers who are dedicated to healthy back lessons, movement therapy, rehabilitation lessons, but also for other lecturers and sports experts who in their lessons and courses, they want to use these elements and even be helpful to the client.

The price of the course is 245€/person, the deposit is 50%.
Persons who have registered and paid the deposit before 30.10.2024 a discounted sum of 200€/person.
Cancellation up to 15 days before starting with 50% of the amount, up to 7 days before the start of the course, including 100% of the amount.
