What awaits us at the Workshop❓
✨ In the introductory part, we will focus on breathing techniques that will help us ward off spring fatigue in the pre-spring.
✨ We will lightly activate the center of the body and float through individual asanas on the wave of breath with a smile, kindness and kindness to ourselves.
