** Have you been to a few lessons or a course, but still feel like a yoga beginner or want consistent guidance?
** Do you feel that your body needs regular stretch?
The course is the ideal way for you to get closer to yoga and find in it the joy of movement and the harmony of relaxation. The lessons are always conducted with regard to the given group of clients.
We will focus on the development of flexibility and strength of the whole body with gradual steps. We will play with individual positions, show their basic execution, variations and their overall effect on the organism. Thanks to regular practice, you will feel progress not only in your physical body, but you will also experience the calming of agitated nerves and relief from stress.
