The annual family yoga in Stromovka is back and we are already looking forward to a great atmosphere at yoga for parents and children under the treetops. ☀️🌳🧘🏻♀️
🌸 When?
Until the end of June: Friday 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
During the holidays, we plan to practice twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays
🌸 What awaits us at the lesson?
Each outdoor lesson will include children's yoga, where we move the children according to their age in positions inspired by animals, but also things around us. Children will also play movement games and there will be relaxation techniques and exercises for healthy legs. We will also try light acrobatics and pair exercises of parent and child.
Part of the lesson will be dedicated to you parents so that you can stretch yourself as well. In the meantime, the children will play with others or have a picnic together.
🌸 We will meet 5 minutes before the start at the Planetarium and practice in the surroundings. We usually stay here: https://mapy.cz/s/lonapanahu
Bring an exercise mat or blanket and something to drink (for children and food:). We will practice in the shade of the trees, but I still recommend applying sunscreen to both yourself and the children. Take insect repellant as a precaution.
🌸 Price of 60 min lesson:
150 CZK/parent + child
or 200 CZK/multiple family
RESERVATION REQUIRED!
I will ask for a reservation in advance, as I use various aids at children's yoga and it is necessary to know in advance how many and for how old children to prepare the aids.
Suitable for children from about 18 months. There is no upper age limit for the child:)

The event will not take place in case of bad weather and if the lesson is not filled with at least 3 families.
